Advantage Goalkeeping, known as AGK, began in Palm Coast, Florida, as a family business run by father and son Mike and Jimmy Poledna. The Poledna family set out to raise the standard for goalkeeper gloves while keeping professional-quality gloves within reach of everyday keepers, and the brand built a loyal following in the goalkeeping community.
In November 2023, Isaac Lindahl bought the company. Lindahl had been one of AGK's first 10 customers, and he moved its operations to Newport Beach, California.
The AGK Pro line remains the center of the range. The AGK team also trains high school, college and pre-professional goalkeepers, including players in the NPSL and USL League Two.
