BU1 is a Czech glove brand run by Petr Hlaváček and Lukáš Godula, two goalkeepers from the Opava area. Hlaváček founded the brand and leads it, while Godula, who played in the Czech league with Mladá Boleslav and spent two years in Germany, coaches goalkeepers for SFC Opava and trains young keepers at the BU1 academy. The brand has grown beyond gloves into apparel and other soccer gear.
