DENY History

Independent goalkeeper glove brand · Angers, France · Founded 2026

DENY is the project of Arnaud Brossard, a goalkeeper from Angers, France, who discovered the position at 15 in 2009. Over more than 15 years of recreational and amateur soccer, he went through pair after pair and kept paying more for gloves that did not live up to their promises.

Brossard also wanted better gloves for young keepers, including his son, his nephews and the children at his soccer school, who often get a scaled-down copy of an adult model with low-end latex. The idea for DENY took shape in 2024, and in January 2026 he committed to it full time, testing prototypes in matches, training and rain.

DENY opened preorders in June 2026 with the DENY ZERO for adults and the DENY ZERO ROOKIE for keepers ages 6 to 13. The first official drop followed in August 2026, and the DENY ONE and DENY FLOW arrived in October 2026. Brossard runs the brand himself, from the website and photos to shipping and customer support.
